Automated Content Management Software
Context : The client is a surgeon in the US making health content on Youtube, with over 30k subscribers. Handling surgeries and content became very overwhelming, so they reach out to us to automate some of these tasks.
First, we created an Airtable Database where he could drop some Resources (Youtube Video, Blog URL etc) that he would like to create content from.The creation of a new Resource triggered a Make.com scenario that would handle the rest of the automation.
After transcribing and summarizing the Resource provided, we asked Chat GPT to write an optimized piece of content for each of the main social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc) and host it in a database of Content.After verification, the surgeon could then click on a button to publish the content, and the content would automatically be published to the selected platform.
This simple automation saved our client more than 10 hours a week, freed up mental space and improved the surgeon's brand and engagement metrics.
